Background & Experience

| Terry was raised in Fisher AR, near Jonesboro and started to work early in life on the farm and in his father's irrigation business, first on one of the many pump and well crews and later as manager. He started farming in 1976, after college, with 2000 ac of rice and soybeans and still manages four farms in Poinsett and Cross counties. His life for the past 30 plus years, has revolved around family, work, and a deep love for duck and deer hunting. He has given back to his community through serving on the local school board and coaching youth baseball and basketball for for several years. He has also served on church boards when asked. Terry's first taste of the real estate business was in Jonesboro during the late 70's and early 80's, but stopped when interest rates topped 21% and property stopped selling. His love for this business never diminished during the downtime, and after three grown children and another 12 years in the irrigation business, Terry returned to the industry here with NAI Halsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Worldwide. Terry is married and living near Fisher, AR. His wife teaches in the Jonesboro School District and they are both members of Central Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
